Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If our Clinical Acne Scar Remodeling Stick™ doesn't deliver for you, we want to make it right.

1. The 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

That means if you bought the Clinical Acne Scar Remodeling Stick™ on April 29, 2026, you have until May 29, 2026 to request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@tetascupboard.com with:

• The email address you used to purchase
• Your order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
• A short note saying you'd like a refund (you don't need to explain why, but feedback is welcome)

We process refunds within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

We're a small brand. If you genuinely tried the protocol and feel it didn't work for you, email us anyway — we'd rather talk to you than lose your trust. We've made exceptions before.

4. What's NOT Eligible for a Refund

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (subject to Section 3)
• Requests where you have already initiated a chargeback through your bank or card issuer (please contact us directly first — chargebacks are slower, more expensive, and we handle real refunds within a week)
• Purchases made through third-party platforms that have their own refund policies (e.g. if you bought through a different marketplace, request the refund there)

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us at support@tetascupboard.com, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke your access to all current and future Teta's Cupboard products
• Add your email and payment details to our internal block list

We always honor legitimate refund requests within 30 days. Please give us the chance to refund you directly before going to your bank.

6. Digital Product Acknowledgment

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, you understand that:

• You receive immediate access to all content upon purchase
• A refund is offered as a goodwill commitment, not a legal requirement under digital goods law in many jurisdictions
• Once refunded, your license to use the product is revoked, and any continued use of the file is unauthorized
