Welcome to Teta's Cupboard ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and digital downloads (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or downloading any product from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. The Products

We sell skincare products. Our flagship product is the Clinical Acne Scar Remodeling Stick™. Physical products ship worldwide in 3–7 business days.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or similar). We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email and/or download link after successful payment. If you do not receive your product within one hour of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact support@tetascupboard.com. We will resend or troubleshoot within 48 hours.

6. License and Use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or republish our products
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our products
• Use our products in any commercial training, coaching, or paid program
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or watermark

All intellectual property in our products — text, design, images, structure, and concepts — remains the property of Teta's Cupboard.

Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. Layla Saab is not a licensed dermatologist, physician, or medical professional. Nothing in our products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Have a diagnosed skin condition
• Are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
• Are taking prescription medication (oral or topical) including but not limited to retinoids, antibiotics, hormonal treatments, or isotretinoin
• Have allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients mentioned

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee that any product, ritual, or protocol described will produce specific outcomes for you. By using our products, you accept full responsibility for any changes you make to your skincare routine, diet, or lifestyle.

8. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is set out in a separate document and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team via any channel
• Chargeback in bad faith (i.e. requesting a chargeback through your bank after receiving the product, without first contacting us for a refund — see Refund Policy)

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and revoke access to digital products at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our products for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teta's Cupboard, Layla Saab, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
